LTF Group Fitness Dance Jam Team consists of Kaycee, Heidi and Shelly. They successfully launched Dance Jams last month. This class is one of the most popular classes for woman of all ages here at LTF. You can expect to leave your inhibitions at the door and come in and experience a kick butt, energetic, and fun workout! Be prepared to dance till you drop! This class will leave you walking out feeling on top of the world!
